Conditions of Work
Our “Complete Website Solutions” are conditionally priced based on the number-of-pages the project will take and number of revisions. In addition a complete outline of the work the client wants done must be submitted in full in writing, both for initial work and all revisions. Any project cancelled will be invoiced and billed according to our hourly rate which ranges from $35-$60/hour depending on the project. Setting up and designing basic websites cost $35/hour and web-application development cost $60/hour. All hourly work completed is billed in minimum of quarter-hour increments regardless of the time it takes, and rounded to the nearest quarter-hour. Example: a job takes 5 minutes, it will be billed for 15 minutes. A job takes 22 minutes, it will be billed for 15 minutes. A job takes 23 minutes it will be billed for 30 minutes. We bill hourly work by task.
All work requires payment in advance, for ongoing projects, weekly payments on labor charges and other expenses are invoiced and due for payment within a week.
Customers that purchase a hosting solution from us have hosting-related responsibilities covered by their payments. Hosting related responsibilities include: e-mail, domain resolving, ftp access, and website issues due directly to server-issues. This does not include websites and applications installed by the end-user.
All support falls under our “best effort” policy.

Due to the expansive nature of website, hosting and related services, there are situations where our Organization might not be ale to offer a solution. We accept no liability for issues we are incapable of covering.
